We've taken the best of the best from the BBQ regions of the USA and put them all on one plate. The only thing that isn't 100% Swiss is the authentic taste of American BBQ. Family-owned and operated. The interior is built from upcycled farm wood — every plank tells a story, just like every cut of meat off our smoker.
Real American BBQ requires time, patience, know-how, and experience. Our chefs have spent many moons testing these recipes — choice of wood, spice rub, sauce, and of course smoke time — to deliver the best plate to you.
